Plans

In order to perform a drawdown against a loan, the merchant associated with the loan needs to be assigned to an active Plan that includes the Lending Connection.

NOTE - While routing rules apply to credit card transactions, loans will always route to the connection that issued the loan. As an example a drawdown against a Greensky loan will always route to Greensky.

If you have no payment connections on the plan, then you will notice the plan rules are disabled.
