Release Notes for Preczn v1.5.4

Overview

We are excited to announce the release of Version 1.5.4 of Preczn. This release includes a variety of new features, performance improvements, and bug fixes to enhance your experience.

New Features

• Search by External ID:
  • Operators can now search for a merchant by external ID via the search bar in the top right of the dashboard. The operator will be redirected to that merchant's detail page upon match.
• Customizable Form fields
  • Forms can now have greater customization to suit your specific needs and the needs of your destination. Please contact Preczn support to discuss your needs and utilize the customization features. Customization in this release includes:
    • Fields can be hidden or displayed based on the specific data you need to request.
    • Character limitations on the merchant name and legal name. This includes length validation, alphanumeric validation, whitespace, and definition of allowed special characters.
    • Custom subtext can be added to any field or document to give additional instruction to users.
• Loan Export
  • Loan Data may now be exported via a CSV. Use the Loan Export subnavigation under the loans section.
  • Loan exports include all current loan data, but may be narrowed to loans created within Preczn on a particular date and/or to a single merchant.
  • To return all loan data, enter a full time range and all loan data will be exported.
  • Loan export is an asynchronous event, and an email will notify the user requesting the export once the loan data is available for download.

Improvements

• Payrix Onboarding - Mapping Product Service Description:
  • The Preczn product service description is now mapped to the Payrix industry field. Data will be populated with submission of either KYC or RFI forms
• Forms - Specific Document Uploads
  • Forms now have specific upload fields for all document types.
  • New specific upload fields have been created for form990 and 501c3 determination letters. Utility bill will be available in the next release but may continue to be uploaded via the other documentation type
• Forms - UX improvements
  • Progress buttons are now consistently displaying as right aligned.
  • Loaders now display for all page as data is being retrieved and sent to the servers.
• Bulk Delete Merchants
  • Merchants that do not have tokens or transactions can be bulk deleted in batches of 50 from the vault.
  • This should enhance cleaning up test environments without the need to use the Merchant API
• Dashboard Enhancements
  • Enhanced Merchant Portfolio Analysis
    • Summarizing what merchants are / are not Connected and are processing and not processing
    • Volume analysis across full merchant portfolio (more to come)
    • Portfolio transaction analysis across card brands, card types, ACH Transactions and B2B2C Loans

• form990 and determination letter only accept PDFs
  • Currently the form990 and determination letters only accept PDFs. We will expand this to include other file formats such as jpgs and pngs in case merchants wish to upload these documents that were captured as an image.
