This release redesigns the dashboard Connections page around a single searchable card grid with a new add-connection flow, overhauls Greensky boarding to capture distinct per-role account contacts and a dedicated "Person Completing the Application" section, adds the ability to clone boarding form templates, and resolves a range of boarding-integrity and dashboard display issues — including a Rainforest connection fix that unblocks downstream merchant boarding.

Connections

Redesigned Connections Page

The Connections page has been rebuilt as a single, unified card grid, replacing the previous two-tab layout. Each connection now appears as a card showing its brand, nickname, and connection type, with Edit and a kebab menu right where you need them — so the page reads as configuration rather than a metrics dashboard.

  • A new Add a connection drawer walks you through adding a processor in two steps: a universal, searchable picker that lets you find any processor by name or type, followed by a credentials step with a built-in verify → connect flow that confirms your credentials before the connection is saved.
  • Deleting a connection now opens a confirmation modal, and deletion stays safely blocked — with an inline explanation — whenever active plans still depend on that connection.
  • Adds first-class support for a new Issuing connection type across the picker, type tags, and search.

Your processor credentials are handled exactly as before — entered as masked secrets, encrypted at rest, and never exposed in the interface. Only the page's look and flow changed.

Boarding Form

Greensky Account Contacts

Greensky boarding now captures four distinct account contacts — Primary, Statements, Sales, and Marketing — instead of copying the primary business owner into every role. A new Greensky Contacts step (shown after the Greensky Terms & Conditions step) lets you assign each role independently with a Pick-or-Add picker: reuse an existing owner, reuse a contact already on file, or add a new person inline.

Person Completing the Application

The Greensky Terms & Conditions step now includes a dedicated Person Completing the Application section, replacing the previous "Signed By" field. A Same as Owner quick-fill pre-populates the section from an existing owner with the option to override, and acceptance is gated until the applicant has scrolled to the bottom of the Greensky terms.

Clone Boarding Form Templates

You can now clone an existing boarding form template as the starting point for a new one. This saves time needing to re-enter brand information and settings.

Improvements

Connections

  • Payrix: Restored the multi-chip Default Group tag input in the new Add a connection drawer.
  • Payrix: Field guidance now appears consistently as helper text across both the Add and Edit drawers.
  • Design-system conformance cleanup across the redesigned Connections surfaces for a more consistent look in light and dark mode.

Boarding Form

  • Greensky: Terms & Conditions links and body URLs are now test/live-aware per boarding form, so applicants always see the environment-appropriate documents.
  • Greensky: Merchant status is now parsed and synced from the updated Greensky callback webhook, keeping merchant status more accurate.
  • A grey page background has been applied to the boarding form content area for clearer visual separation.
  • The last-owner delete tooltip now surfaces the replacement workaround, so it's clear how to swap the remaining owner.

Dashboard

  • Webhook Attempts: Pagination controls moved below the table for easier navigation.

Bug Fixes

Boarding

  • Greensky: Primary Business Category no longer silently falls back to the free-form product/service description.
  • Greensky: Date of Ownership is now correctly enforced as a required field.
  • Greensky: The Person Completing phone number is now auto-formatted when pasted or quick-filled.
  • File upload controls now display the accurate file size limit.
  • The Operations & Processing card no longer renders as an empty card when all of its fields are hidden.

Merchant Integrity

  • Rainforest: Connections created through the new Connections drawer now include the platformId, fixing a failure in downstream merchant boarding.
  • Merchant API: tosIp is no longer wiped to an empty string when a partial update is made to a merchant's connection requirements.
  • Default plans are no longer improperly created for non-transaction processors.

Dashboard

  • Transactions Overview: The chart now displays data in TEST mode (the test-mode flag was being incorrectly treated as off).
