New Features

Quick Label Filters

• The dashboards now display quick filters for labels. Clicking a label will redirect you to the Merchant Portfolio Vault.
• Not that if no labels are set for your platform, that the quick filters will not display

Closed Merchant Account Endpoint

• A new endpoint has been introduced to close merchant accounts at a connection
  • Payrix is the only connection currently supported
• Note that closing an account is treated like a permanent closer, and connect be re-enabled via Preczn.

Merchant Enrichment - Platform Defaults

• Platforms can now set default values for merchant fields. If a merchant is created without explicitly providing these values, the defaults will automatically be applied. The supported fields include:
  • MCC
  • High Ticket
  • Average Ticket
  • Annual Sales Volume
  • Product / Service Description

Improvements

Jaris

• Updates have been made so that no identifying merchant data is sent to Jaris during the preboarding step
• Loan Statuses have been updated so that they are shorter in length
• The Loan Log now includes a separate loan status filter for Jaris loans.

Rainforest Boarding

• When boarding to Rainforest, the Preczn AnnualSalesVolume is divided by 12 to generate the Rainforest Monthly Average
• To prevent errors, if the calculated Monthly Average is less than the AverageTicket value, Preczn will use the AverageTicket for the Monthly Average when boarding to Rainforest.

Boarding Forms

• Several updates have been made to Address 2 fields to improve clarity for users:
  • Address 2 labels are now updated to read "Apartment, Suite, Etc"
  • Address 2 is no longer automatically displayed. Instead, users that require a 2nd address line for apartments, suites, etc can now click a link to display and enter the data.

Dashboard

• The sidebar has been updated to consolidate and group similar features together
• The status summary widget in the Dashboard now includes Disabled status

Bugs

• Resolved an issue where Preczn merchant.update webhooks would not be sent when the merchants rainforest connect status was updated based on Rainforest webhooks.
• Resolved an issue where Rainforest & Stax columns would not persist if selected to display on the Vault.
• Resolved an issue on forms where incorrect fields where referenced in on page error validation (specifically for Product / Service Description)
