This release introduces custom favicon support for boarding forms, a refreshed login experience with gradient backgrounds, and improvements to the merchant creation flow and pagination. It also includes CardPointe integration hardening and a number of bug fixes across webhooks, dashboard UI, and processor integrations.

New Features

Custom Favicon Support for Boarding Forms

Boarding forms now support custom favicons, allowing each form template to display a unique browser tab icon. Favicons can be configured in the Boarding Form Configuration section of the dashboard or updated on form templates via the Merchant API.

Pre-Auth Gradient Background for Login & MFA Pages

The login, MFA verification, and MFA enrollment pages now feature a polished gradient background with a centered card layout and updated logo placement — giving the pre-authentication experience a more modern, branded look. This treatment has been applied to all remaining pre-login pages for visual consistency.

Improvements

Create New Merchant Drawer Improvements

The "Add Merchant" drawer has been streamlined with several UX updates:

  • Post-creation success state — a confirmation view is now displayed after a merchant is successfully created, providing clear feedback and next steps
  • Renamed action button — "Save Merchant" has been renamed to "Create Merchant" for clarity
  • Fixed drawer footer — action buttons now appear in a fixed footer, staying visible without scrolling
  • Cleaned up tab layout — removed a vestigial tab wrapper and corrected label casing
  • Updated credential sublabel copy — the Merchant Credentials section now has clearer helper text

Shared Pagination Component

Pagination controls are now embedded in table footers across the platform — including Transaction Log, Loan, Account Settings, and Activity Log pages. This resolves an issue where the previous sticky nav bar could overlap and block the last row of table data.

AFP Boarding Reference ID Improvements

Adyen for Platforms boarding now generates improved reference IDs for account holders, balance accounts, and stores — making them easier to trace and debug across systems.

Boarding Form Template UI Cleanup

Resolved several UI inconsistencies on the Boarding Form Templates Appearance & Behavior tab in the dashboard.

GreenSky T&C Form Simplification

Removed the email and title fields from the GreenSky Terms & Conditions step in the boarding form, simplifying the merchant experience.

Adyen for Platforms Label Update

The "Payments API Key" field in the Adyen for Platforms drawer has been renamed to "Management API Key" to match Adyen's current terminology.

Bug Fixes

Webhooks & Events

  • Fixed missing customer webhooks for terminal-to-terminal transaction status transitions (e.g., ACH returns) — customers now receive webhook notifications for all status changes
  • Fixed Till Payments and Nelnet emitting duplicate transaction status events to BrokerInbound

Dashboard UI

  • Fixed oversized status pills on the Dashboard compared to the Merchants Vault view
  • Fixed white scrollbar corner artifact appearing in dark mode on dashboard tables
  • Fixed Transaction Log Connections filter losing selected values after applying and reopening the filter panel

Processor Integrations

  • Added AVS and CVV response normalization to the CardPointe processor integration
  • Fixed CardPointe decline test card mapping to return correct response codes
  • Mapped missing CardPointe authorization fields (city, region, country, email, phone, tax amount, address2, invoice ID)
  • Fixed Adyen TPT sending shopperReference as an empty string — now omitted when not available, preventing 422 errors
  • Fixed Stripe test/live credential validation missing from the merchant connection drawer
