This release introduces SAQ compliance management, expanded connection controls, and a more polished dashboard experience and visual refinements.

New Features

SAQ Compliance Management

A new SAQ (Self-Assessment Questionnaire) tab is now available on the Merchant Detail page. You can view a merchant's compliance status, browse their SAQ history, and download completed questionnaires — all in one place.

Connection Management

You now have more control over processor connections directly from the dashboard. Open any merchant's connection drawer and use the options menu in the top right to:

  • Change connection status — activate or deactivate connections as needed
  • Reset connections — return a connection to its initial state for re-boarding

Improvements

Payrix Merchant Status

When a Payrix merchant's entity account is made inactive at Payrix, the corresponding merchant connection in Preczn will now be set to Closed — regardless of whether the merchant has successfully boarded or not. This ensures your dashboard always reflects the current state of the account.

Sidebar Visual Refresh

The sidebar has been updated with refined colors to better match the dark theme, creating a more cohesive look across the dashboard.

Boarding Form Improvements

  • The website field on boarding forms now supports character length constraints (minLength/maxLength), including a visible character counter in the form. Contact us if you need character limits configured for your boarding forms

Activity Log Accuracy

Merchant processor status changes from Rainforest webhooks are now recorded accurately in the Activity Log.

Bug Fixes

Boarding & Requirements

  • Fixed Rainforest boarding failures when ownership percentages included decimal values

Dashboard & Settings

  • Fixed an issue where saving dashboard preferences could overwrite other settings like your selected platform
  • Fixed vault column settings not being returned correctly after saving
  • Fixed color-coded tags occasionally losing their styling when navigating between pages
  • Fixed the sidebar not scrolling when expanded menus extended beyond the visible area
  • Removed visual artifacts in table headers and a non-functional icon on the Plans page
