New Additions:


  • Nelnet
    • Platforms can now add 'Nelnet' as a platform level connection. (More functionality to come in February)
  • Merchant API
    • Added the capability to update existing merchant connection credentials via API.
  • Boarding Forms
    • RFI Boarding Forms - Platforms can communicate actionRequired information and request additional information/documents be uploaded.
    • We now offer a delta API to determine if there is a difference between the data that was submitted to connection and the current data that exists on the merchant record in Preczn. This will indicate what will be Patched to the connection when sending a patch update.
    • Users can now set an 'autoTransmitMerchantData' parameter to automatically submit merchant data to a connection once a boarding form is completed.

Updates:


  • Boarding Form
    • Payrix bank and terms and conditions disclosures now pull from production data sources.
    • Added additional tool tips and placedholders to instruct users to Not enter PO BOX for Business Address and Owner Address.
    • Tool tip and error message has been added to the ACH routing number in the event that a routing number is submitted with less than 9 digits. We now alert Canadian bank users to submit a leading 0.

Resolved Issues:

  • Merchant API
    • Issue where making subsequent patch Merchant requests in succession could result in a 500 error
  • Boarding Form
    • Iowa was not submitting the proper state abbreviation and result in an error. This is also resolved in the dashboard.
    • Boarding form document drag&drop upload was not functioning for entirety of drop zone
  • Transaction Export
    • Resolved an issue that could cause the CSV export to be improperly formatted
