Improvements

SAQ Management

  • The list merchants endpoint now supports query parameters to check if merchants are in or out of compliance
    • saqExpired - When set to true this parameter will return merchants that have expired SAQs or no SAQ set
    • saqExpiringWithinDays- When passing in an integer, it will retrieve merchants that have an SAQ expiring within that number of days. As an example, if the parameter is set to 30 this will return all merchants where their SAQ will expire in the next 30 days.
  • Minor improvements to the placement of the date on page 41
  • Merchant updated webhooks now include lastSignedSAQExpiresOn property

Token Import

  • Importing tokens for merchants now supports search for merchant names. This allows platforms with 1000's of merchants to easily search for the merchant they wish to import the tokens for.

Onboarding

  • Forms now prevent users from removing a bank account after the bank account has been linked to a connection
  • Minor improvement to the Payrix onboarding that prevents a status error loop from occurring.

Merchant Details

  • The Loans tab now has loans sorted from newest to oldest creation date.

Vault

  • Sorting of the Vault based on Connection Status dates is enabled in the Vault Connection Header mindful of merchant on-boarding events.
  • Sorting by the Vault Update date is enabled
  • Vault Filters enhanced for broader search options
  • Hovering over the merchant status in Vault now shares details about the merchant at that connect such as onboarding submission date, last data transmission date, and action description notes that are relevant to Errors and RFI statuses with scrolling to enhance.

Dashboard moving to Ops Dashboard

  • Moved some of the Platform Analysis out of the Dashboard and doubling down on Ops Metrics
  • Analyst Dashboard prepping for release
